Monterey Jack cheese or Pepper jack cheese
or whatever cheese you like best
green onions
chopped
canned green chiles
seasoned ground beef, chicken, or steak

butter
Method
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Place a tortilla in the pan, sprinkle cheese evenly, then add green onions, green chiles, and protein if using.
Top with another tortilla.
Cook until golden and melty, flipping once.
