Method
Grill Method
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Pat chicken dry and coat with olive oil and seasonings.
- Grill chicken about 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- During the last 10 minutes, brush generously with BBQ sauce.
- Continue grilling until slightly charred and cooked through.
Oven Method
- Bake at 425°F for 35–40 minutes.
- Brush with sauce during the last 10–15 minutes.
- Broil briefly for caramelized edges.
Notes
Serve with extra sauce and lots of napkins.
